Lower Back Up Roll in Mill Stand Position.	Both Back Up Rolls in Mill Stand position.	Lower Work Roll Change Car and Upper Work Roll Change Car has been placed on Operater Side of Skin Pass Mill.
The Keeper Plates of Back Up Rolls are currently in function.
